You can only get these cards if you have the 2003 Press Pass Cup Chase card of a driver who wins one of eight selected races. There are 18 cards in the set. They are plastic cards - really cool! The picture below shows the cards smaller than actual size. NOTE - the silver foil writing does not scan well!
